Consortium Online Catalog & Booking

Users may search the catalog or go directly to the order form.

To search: click "Search Full Catalog".

Search for materials by keyword (default) and/or select Title, Subject, Series, Collection, Language, etc., to narrow your search. Click and hold any button for drop down menu of other selections.

After you have defined your search, click on "Submit" button.

A list of titles will appear. To view a description of the video, click on the title.

Each title description is accompanied by a "Pick" button to aid in the selection process. "Picks" will be added to a "Media Shopping Cart". Use your browser's "Back" button to continue to browse the catalog for additional materials.

Materials may be "booked" immediately when the search is complete. Type in the date(s) for the title(s) to be delivered to get instant confirmation of availability.

Confirmation will be sent via email to Mesa Audiovisual, they will forward it to you.

The Online Catalog is updated weekly with new titles and media.

To book over the internet you must know your client code (teacher #). Call Mesa Audiovisual (619-388-2690) to be assigned a client code or use the "Order Form" option on the consortium's home page and click on "Need an account, click here".

Media Shopping Cart

Titles selected by "Pick" button during search are displayed in Media Shopping Cart. Remember to use your browsers "Back" button to select additional titles for shopping cart. Titles can also be added to the bottom of the page by entering title numbers and clicking on the "Add Title" button.

  • Default show date is first available, or enter a specific date (mm/dd format).
  • Click on "Test Availability" button. To add more items to your shopping cart
    after testing availability, use "Search" button.
  • Available titles will have a green "check mark".
  • Unavailable titles will show a red "x", reason title is not available and alternate show dates.
  • Change dates as necessary. When satisfied with requests, click on "Save Changes".
  • Click on Submit Button.
  • "Thank you for your order" will display on screen when materials are
    successfully booked.

"Medianet Options" page allows registered users to:

  • Display bookings (current, future, historical, overdue)
  • Update Orders (extend, cancel, change show dates)
