Jaclyn Noel Guidi, Head Coach
Jaclyn Noel Guidi went to Point Loma High School where she started 4-years on varsity and was an All-League Player her Jr. and Sr. season. Jaclyn also played travel ball for 6-years. Jaclyn went on to play at San Diego City College for two seasons. She played shortstop for the Knights and received Second Team All PCC honors in 2003. During this time she was the Head Coach for her 14U and 18U girls fastpitch travel ball teams. Jaclyn then went to become the Assistant Coach at San Diego City College for 1-year and then moved on to be the Assistant Coach at San Diego Mesa College for the next 4-years while graduating at San Diego State University with a Bachelors Degree in Child Development. Jaclyn was the Co-Head Coach at Mesa in 2008 with receiving her Master's in Physical Education from Azusa Pacific University. Her goals for her team are to make playoffs, have above a .500 average, hit above .300, and have all her student-athletes transfer to a University to finish their education. All our students need to understand they are students first, and athletes second.
Jason Enomoto - Assistant Coach
Jason is currently the Catching and Outfield Coach at San Diego Mesa College. Jason has been a perennial All-Star and All-Conference player at every level of baseball. He played at Tecolote Youth Baseball, Mission Bay High School and San Diego Mesa College. Jason played at SD Mesa in 1992 and 1994. Both years he was the starting second baseman and received 1st Team All-Conference. Jason has been coaching at SD Mesa the past 4-years.
Mary Lou (Ramm) Flippen - Pitching Coach
Mary Lou is currently the Pitching Coach at Mesa. She has been involved in playing, coaching and managing fastpitch softball at various levels for over 30 years. Mary Lou played high school at Hilltop and was named as the 1979 Female Athlete of the Year for San Diego her senior year. Then she moved on to play at Utah State University where she was a member of two National Championship teams- 1980 & 1981. She also played 10 years of travel ball for the LA Diamonds, Long Beach Renegades and the Reddings Rebels. Mary Lou was also a member of the USA 1990 World Championship team. She is currently a pitching instructor, Kindergarten/1st Grade school teacher of special education and is managing her daughter's Bonita Valley All-Star team.
