Most college football coaches measure their success by the team's won-loss record. Head Coach Matt Kofler measures the football program's success by how well his players perform academically and how many transfer to four-year colleges and universities. Of course he would love to end each season with a winning record and some day capture a conference championship, but Kofler is dead serious when he says that he places academics and transfer first.
